They called me and sent emails to confirm my order and then again to confirm the delivery of the flowers, three and two days before the wedding. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't believe how perfectly they shipped without water or refrigeration. You really cannot judge the flowers immediately out of the box, as they took a few hours to really open up after being cleaned. I can still remember the relief in my husband's face when he walked into my living room the day before the wedding and saw the beautiful, elegant centerpieces myself and my entire family helped to make. If you have a few days free before your event, I would highly recommend doing your own flowers. I do have to say that I had a few dozen (at least) flowers left over, but I wouldn't have tried to cut corners ordering any fewer.
