Each DIY Combo Pack recipe will feature grower bunches of Pink Carousel Roses, pink Mondial roses, burgundy scabiosa, purple Bono solomio, light pink Gil solomio, pink snapdragons, pink delphinium, hot pink ranunculus, and baby blue eucalyptus.
- Small pack recipe will have 50 flower stems - pictured in vases above.
- Medium pack recipe will have 120 flower stems.
- Large pack recipe will have 240 flower stems.

Your flowers may arrive looking a little thirsty and sleepy. This is totally normal! They've been traveling a long way to get to you. Just follow the instructions on the flower care tab instructions on our website and they'll perk right up in no time.
In rare circumstances, we may need to substitue a flower in your order if the requested flowers are unavailable. We will do our best to find similar flowers in color, value, and style. We will always try to reach you for confirmations; However, in some cases, we may need to ship your order without confirmation. If this happens, we will only substitute flowers of equal or higher value.
DIY Flower Packs are shipped directly from our farms. Before shipping your flowers, we prepare them for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey it is absolutely NORMAL. Each flower included in this combo pack can have specific care instructions other than the general care instructions that you see below. For more specific instructions for your flower types visit the flower's product details page. For most flowers you follow these simple steps and the flowers will bloom delightfully.
- Open you box of flowers and inspect. *
- Ensure that your flower buckets are clean and disinfected.
- Fill the buckets with at least 4 inches of fresh, cool water. If you have flower food follow the instructions on the packet to prepare your water.
- Remove flowers from box by cutting any straps.
- Remove any flower bunch packaging material, including plastic sleeve and/or newspaper.
- Cut stems diagonally under running water with sharp scissors to desired length.
- Immediately after cutting, place the stems in the prepared buckets.
- Allow flowers at least 4 hours to hydrate well. Flowers may take up to 12 hours to properly hydrate.
- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat.
- Change water every 24 hours to keep flowers fresh. Assure that your flowers have sufficient water. The flowers will drink an exceptionally large amount of water upon arrival.
* If upon first inspection you foresee a problem with your flowers, do not proceed processing your flowers. Leave the flowers intact in the box and call us immediately to 1.877 50 ROSES (507-6737).
Ensure that you have sufficient room in each bucket for the amount of flowers you will be storing in the bucket. Flowers need room to breathe and bloom; over stuffing buckets with too many flowers can cause damage as well as prevent proper blooming.
Exposing flowers to warm environments (outside in the shade, a warmer room, etc) will help the flowers to bloom, and storing your flowers in a cooler environment will slow down the blooming of your flowers.
Flowers wilt and fade prematurely because water is prevented from reaching the top blooms due to bacteria blockage in the stem. To minimize bacteria, keep your buckets and/or vases with clean fresh water.

I decided to take a leap of faith to save some money when it came to my wedding flowers and order these. I was a bit worried that since the flowers are shipped they would be damaged but they were beautiful when they arrived! I will warn anyone who orders these flowers that they will look a bit wilted when they arrive but they perk up so fast with some water and stem trimming! The only flower in my box that didn't perk up was the peonies. Many of them had a stem break because the tops were so heavy and they were so wilted. But we were able to save a few for the bouquets. I got so many compliments on my flowers and people didn't believe me when I told them they came in the mail and we made the bouqets ourselves. They were absolutely stunning the day of! They were shipped two days before the wedding and it was just enough time for the flowers to bloom and be at their peak beauty by the event.

I threw a bridal shower for a friend of mine last weekend. I really contemplated whether the medium pack would be enough for our event. Even when they arrived I still wondered if they’d be enough but once the flowers began to open, it was plenty!!
The light pink roses were amazing -huge, some guests
thought they were fake! The varieties were definitely a big step up from grocery store flowers!
The ranunculus did not fair well on the trip, all were limp when they arrived and were unusable - it was a very hot week but a bummer since my friend loves those.
-Pic in kitchen was when they first arrived. The pic on porch shows then on day of event (in the 5 gallon buckets, the little pitcher & the bag were extra greens from the yard)
I also added a few to the cake (I researched which varieties were safe to add to cakes)

I ordered a medium and small for a garden baby shower. Most of the flowers were spectacular especially the roses! Truly stunning as they opened up! I am attaching pictures below. We had several vases of flowers arranged around the event. My ordered was delayed one day and one flower suffered. I requested a refund, for that flower type, which I did receive for 9 flowers. Not really sure that was adequate considering I ordered the mixture of flowers to include all of them in the bouquet, but didn’t feel like arguing. Communication with customer service is very quick.

Thank you for sharing your pictures, the roses do look incredible! Some flowers are sometimes damaged in transit by the courier company. Unfortunately, this is sometimes unavoidable, but I'm glad to hear that you were able to get compensation for the damaged stems you were able to send pictures of and that the issue was resolved quickly.

I ordered a medium and large pack and ended up with way too many flowers. The flowers arrived on time and were packaged so carefully. I allowed them to sit in water and after 24 hours they had bloomed beautifully. The roses opened a bit faster than the rest but held up fine through the event. The customer service was superb as they provided text reminders notifying me of the delivery about an hour before they arrived. I have absolutely no complaints about this company and will definitely use fifty flowers again!
I am so impressed with these flowers. I was able to make 5 medium sized arrangements with the small pack and they turned out absolutely stunning. They were packaged beautifully and are still gorgeous several days after celebration. Wish I could insert photos!!!
