We decided to have our wedding on Christmas Day because it's our favorite season of the year and we can save money on decorations. Our close friends and family came all the way from New Jersey, cousins flew in from Hong Kong and my mom flew in from Malaysia. We booked out the entire second floor of our favorite restaurant from Historic Town of Alexandria. We got a cheaper price for it too because it is a holiday.
